Customer technical assistance
Customer technical assistance department presents pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services to the customers.
Pre-sales Services
Pre-sales services provided to customers are planned and implemented for the following purposes:
-Dealing with customer requests, evaluating and recognizing their real requirements and expectations.
-Providing technical-metallurgical information on properties and application of MSC products.
-Providing technical information to customers about qualitative and dimensional range of the products, standards and qualitative, dimensional and forming tolerances, packing and transportation methods, controlling and issuing the quality certificate, mechanical and metallurgical properties, etc.
- Controlling order specifications and finalizing order parameters.
Pre-sales services are delivered with pre-order visits carried out by the customer technical assistance (CTA) expert and marketer. During these visits the information concerning annual customer consumption, field of activity, requirements, expectations, and qualitative sensitivity are gathered and included in completing the customer technical assistance data bank.
In-sales Services
In-sales services are provided to customers according to the customers' request or the sales department’s request or technical assistance unit (CTA)’s suggestion.
It includes the following services:
-Controlling parameters of the order
-Examining the products performance in customer’s production process
-Controlling the quality of the products for the desired application
-Delivering technical services to customers for optimum utilization of the product or possible changes in the order parameters
-Receiving technical and qualitative feedback from the customers concerning product performance
-Presenting technical feedback to the involved units concerning the required modifications in the production process in order to find the exact specifications requested by customers
After-sales Services
After-sales services include the following:
-Implementing the periodical visits to the customer product lines regarding customer quality sensitivity in order to match sent products with real requirements of them.
-Presenting technical services and information to the customers concerning optimum utility of the products

-Receiving quality feedback from the customers and pursuing concerned corrective and preventive actions
-Conducting and providing strategy to the customers in order to introduce the new products of the company and changing the consumable materials
- Providing technical guidebooks of the products to the customers
-Evaluating and analyzing the customers' satisfaction with the quality of the received products
-Presenting technical and quality feedbacks to the involved units concerning the implementing of preventing and corrective actions and accessing to the quality level expected by the customers
Fast Response to Customer
In order to give a fast response to customers claims, customers can send the complementary information for Technical support usint parallel with the sales unit.
Receiving Information on the New Products from Customers
To enhance its capabilities, developing market and increase customer satisfaction, MSC considers developing new products as one of its strategic goals.
In general, new product in MSC consists of any grades with new quality or any changes in any parameters and specifications of the current producible products (such as new dimensions, closer tolerances, new packing, etc.) The list of the current producible products in MSC is available in the products menus and guidebook of "MSC Products Technical Information".
According to the existing systems and methods, CTA (customer technical assistance) department as a member of New Products Committee, receives and gathers information on new products from various sources.
Information thus gathered is used as inputs in the new products design and development.
Evidently if the new product producible in the company, Esfahan's Mobarakeh Steel Company will benefit from the collaboration of the customers after obtaining production approval from "MSC New Products Committee"
In order to enquire about the possibility of the production, customers can fill out the following form. In this case if the customers' enquiries meet the quorum, and the product falls within the range of Esfahan's Mobarakeh Steel Company products, the required measures will be taken and the relevant customers will be informed.
