Raw Materials Purchase Department is responsible for timely procurement of the raw material and energy needed by various production areas from local or overseas sources as follows:
1.Iron ore group (fine-grained and coarse-grained iron ores and pellets)
2.Fluxes (limestone, raw dolomite, bentonite, fluorine, calcium aluminate, calcium silicone, calcium carbide, bauxite, etc.)
3.Carbonating materials group (graphite powder or graphite wire, metallurgical coke, petroleum coke (petcoke) and pitch coke)
4.Ferroalloys Group (mainly including popular ferroalloys such as ferrosilicon 75%, ferromanganese average and high carbon, ferrochrome and noble ferroalloys such as ferrovanadium, ferrotitanium, ferronickel, etc.
5.Metals and metalloids (mainly aluminum (aluminum wires, aluminum scrap, and aluminum hemispheres) zinc, tin, cast iron, etc.)
6.Scrap group (various heavy, medium and light scraps)
7.Gasses group (capsule and laboratory gases)
8.Refractories group (all refractories with carbon, silicone, silicoalumna, high alumina, dolomite, magnesite, chromite, antacid, shaped and unshaped refractories consumed in steel making.
9.Graphite electrode group (600 mm and 450 mm in diameter for use in electric arc furnaces and ladle furnaces
10.Chemical, industrial and laboratory products group (all kinds of acid, resin, water treatment chemicals, solvents, detergents, antirust, pickling additives, catalysts, laboratory materials, primer paint, water glass, and industrial binders)
11.Industrial lubricators group (including various oils and industrial greases)
12.Energy groups (electricity, methane from the national grid, water)
13.Fuels (gasoil for power plant, motor vehicles, gasoline, etc)
14.Slabs and raw coils (if necessary for hot-rolling, tin-plating and galvanizing plants)
